Our Return Policy

Baptistry heaters and accessories can be exchanged if found defective within 15 days of purchase, without added expense to the purchaser. 

After 15 days, items will be covered by the factory warranty, 1 year. 

Heaters which have been improperly wired are not considered defective.

If you turn on power to your heater and there is no water present in the baptistry your warranty is void and the heater cannot be returned.

Many warranty items can be solved over the phone.  Please contact us if you have questions. Returns that are not defective may only be returned with approval from Calvary Supply.     For returns that are not defective, a 25% restocking fee, plus shipping costs, will be applied.

For all returns, email our office for a return authorization number.

NO RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER.
