The Poolside Heater by ChurchRite™ is an exciting new design that allows you to heat your existing  or new church baptistery without drilling holes or doing any plumbing!  It is easy to set up and easy to use.

WHAT DO WE GET?

The Kit consists of the heater, with on/off switch, lights to show when on, temperature control knob (with a "comfort zone" range of 75°F - 90°F and a maximum temperature of 104 degrees. You simply connect the two garden style hoses, each 15' long, to the heater, then one to the pump (which is placed in the bottom of the baptistry) and the other just goes back into the pool to return the warm water.  Plug the pump into the heater, and the heater into the wall, and you are ready to go!  All fittings are included, and you will be heating in 5 minutes from the time you open the box!

CAPACITY

If you choose the 120V Version, the temperature in a portable baptistry (which is what it is  designed for) will rise about 3 degrees per hour. so it will take about 10 hours to warm up.  (The 240V unit will heat an average 500 gallon pool in 10-12 hours). This unit is for occasional use, not constant use.  For constant use, select a Basic or Deluxe model.

SAFETY

A bonus feature is that the 120V heater includes a free GFI cord at no  cost, which add a level of built in safety! 

The 240V system has a dryer style plug but will need to be installed using a GFI breaker (available from your hardware store or from us for $59 -  Info ).

 In addition, these heaters are UL listed. Also included is a High Limit protection safety switch to turn the unit off if it overheats.  Of course, anytime you are installing new wiring you should use a licensed electrician.  And be sure to remove the pump before entering the pool!
