Q: Do you keep your baptistry heaters in
stock?
A:
Yes, we do keep a supply of most
items in stock. Some baptistry heaters are built when orders are
completed and sent to the factory. This helps keep the cost of labor and
storage to a minimum. Most items are shipped out within 24 hours of
purchase and take about 1-2 weeks for delivery depending where you are
located in the country.

Q: I have purchased a heater kit
from Calvary Supply but how can I install it?
A: Good Question. Our Baptistry Heaters
are easy to install. Any local plumber can install these units. We ask
that you do not attempt to install the units unless you are a trained
professional. This could void the warranty on the unit, including any
accessories that you may purchase with it. There are instructions
that come with each kit.
Q: What is your warranty , exchange
and return policy?
A: Heaters can be exchanged within 15
days or purchase if found to be defective. After 15 days, items may be
exchanged only if the unit is damaged or defective within the one year
warranty period. See our returns policy
for more information.
Little-Giant's one-year warranty on the
electric and gas/lp units includes: unit failure due a manufacturing
defect within a one year period or if the unit is damaged while being
shipped. We can have another unit shipped to you once the defective unit
has been returned to the plant as per Little-Giants warranty polices.
Little-Giant will test each unit for
either a "wet burn" or "dry burn". A "wet burn" is a heater that has
burned while water was in the baptistry and this is usually covered
under warranty. A "dry burn" consists of running the unit with no water
in the baptistry. If Little-Giant finds that the unit was "dry burned",
this will void the warranty and the church / organization may have to
purchase a new unit for replacement. Usage without water is NOT
recommended and is not covered by the Little-Giant warranty. For more
information about your warranty, please refer to your paperwork which
was included in your heater kit. Calvary Supply Company follows all
Little-Giant or Hydroquip warranty polices. Little-Giant makes the final
determinations on all warranty repairs. Calvary Supply Company is NOT
liable for damages to your unit.
Q:
How do you ship the units?
A: We ship via UPS straight from the
warehouse to your church or mailing address. We ship each heater unit
using UPS or FedEx standard ground freight. Typically, a unit can arrive
within 1-2 weeks of purchase, as each unit is custom built in the plant
and then shipped to your location. Once shipped, we can provide a
tracking number if requested. We ship to all 50 States in the United
States. Rush shipping (including overnight) is available at an
additional cost. We do not ship overseas.
Q: What forms of payment do you
accept?
A: We proudly accept MasterCard, Visa,
and Discover Card. We also accept checks, and check by fax. Please make
your check payable to Calvary Supply Company and please include the
shipping, handling, crating, insurance fee. We also have teamed up with
Google Checkout, an online company that accepts credit cards over the internet in
a secure fashion. We guarantee that your transaction is secured through
the web. Also, you are NOT required to open or establish a Google

Q: How
quickly
does a heater warm my baptistry?
A:
Typically, a heater can heat you baptistry
depending on how large your baptistry is and how powerful your unit is.
The following chart can illustrate quickly any baptistry heater can heat
your tank. If you have our 11.5kw unit, a 1,000 gallon tank will heat in
approximately 8.6 hours (1000 divide by 115 Gallons Per Hour)

General Installation Instructions for
our Electric Systems:
Installation Instructions for 6 KW and 11.5 KW Electric Circulation
Water Heater and Pump
Gravity Circulation
Water come out of the ground at a
consist temperature of 54 degrees. KW heaters recover hot water too fast
for Gravity Circulation. In addition, the water is delivered into the
Baptistery at a high temperature so that manual stirring is normally
required to mix the water. Also, the heater's thermostat cycles the
heating element on and off. This shortens the thermostat's life; and due
to the off time lengthens the heating time. Lime, magnesium and other
minerals are deposited more readily with Gravity Circulation. However,
an advantage of this system is that the cost of the pump and its
operational cost is eliminated.
Pump Circulation
Circulation of water through the heater
by pump is the best type Baptistry Heating System. The Baptistry water
is heated uniformly without manual stirring. Minerals are not deposited
as quickly because of the lower water temperature.
Installation
Assemble and make up tightly the
complete heater and parts as shown (except slip joint nuts). Locate the
most accessible place around the Baptistry for installation. Drill a
2-1/8" diameter hole 4-1/2" up from the Baptistry floor. Smooth hole and
install chrome faced inlet flush port, by loosening at slip joint nut.
Apply clear RTV sealant under chrome flange. Remove any outside
insulation so port rubber gasket fits against outside of fiberglass
wall. Measure center to center distance exactly between inlet and outlet
fittings. Locate and drill a 2-1/8" hole for top port using method
stated above.
Assemble complete heating system onto
installed ports. Important - Block under heater or pump to support
weight - this prevents leakage of Baptistry wall fittings.
Heaters are shipped with special
Installation Instructions regarding wiring, etc.
Caution:
Be certain heater is turned off before
draining Baptistry. Always fill Baptistry before turning heater on. Dry
operation will burn out heating element, and cause failure of the pump
